If you are trying to post an image it will need to be hosted on an image hosting site (like photo-bucket) and then linked to here. The code to post an image looks like this:

[ img ] URL for the image here [ /img ]

Just remove the spaces between the [ ] shapes to make the code work. I had to include them otherwise the code would be invisible.
