those are just "nameless deer". youll see several other deer with your pictogram, normally they dont have a set.
these are just the people who have not logged in, playing the game.

this is a standard glitch that's been going on for a while now. the server derps up sometimes and there's nothing you can really do about it but don't worry, they don't actually have your picto ^^ just appears to be yourself.
