Troubles with Spelldata

Okay, so I've discovered my Spelldata folder, the only problem is that I can't get my computer to open it.
I have Windows 2007 Vista ~ and when I click on the Spelldata.cgr file to open it my computer says that it cannot open CGR files.
My mom doesn't want me to download any programs unless they are from a legitimate site (i.e. Microsoft.com).

Any hints/tips/solutions?

You copy the spelldata, put it in another folder (or save it to an email draft), then if you fall in the pond or something and somehow lose it, you delete the spelldata from the original userdata folder, and replace it with the spelldata from the backup folder. Smiling

Prolly didn't help much, lol! I suck at explaining. I'm sure someone else could explain it MUCH better for you.

So how do I copy it? Just right click and select Copy? If I do that then it wont let me paste XD

Yes. :3 If you're copying it

Yes. :3 If you're copying it into a folder, go into the folder & right click, select paste. If you're taking it from the folder, go to where the original spelldata.cgr file is. Don't click on any file links (click on the blank space) & click paste. ^^ Then delete the original spelldata.cgr file & make sure the name of the one you just pasted is only spelldata.cgr. ^^ Hope that helps.
