Torturer's ???

Today I stumbled across this biography by Torturer. I don't think I've met this character before but I really liked what I read about her appearance and I decided to draw her.
I used this reference given by Torturer and some random picture of a foot from google because I can't draw decent feet to save my life. xD
... oh and I hope I got that character right. xD
