I'm a little confused by this, do you mean blog titles? Those are just a summary of what a blog contains, or a phrase relating to the content of that blog (like the title of a book).
Another type of Title are those belonging to characters, but these are just a type of nickname that reflect an aspect of that character's personality. Usually players give titles to their own deer but sometimes players will adopt a nickname as their deer's Title.
