Yep. Just like adult deer you can put a mini spell on a fawn to create mini fawn. But also like other fawns the spell won't last unless the big bosses of the game have it set to not go away, which does happen on occasion and has recently happened. Those usually only last anywhere from a few hours to a whole day.
