I figured because
- classes are coming up
and
- I have work
and
- sometimes my computer lags too much to be in the forest (on the norm on a good day it'll run 5 fps)
I am starting an RP blog for Padieon! It'll be easier to get some interaction with other characters this way. Feel free to post your character meeting him however you want. Generally he's running around the whole forest trying to meet people so it doesn't really matter where your character "finds" him.
Multiple people replying here at a time is fine as well, I'm fine with multi-string rps.
I may be interested in RPing,
that's fine!
Ah, I guess I can start then.
After falling asleep after the fun with her friends, the larger doe woke up to rather peaceful beginning of another day. The density of the air wasn't as high as it was at yesterday's evening, and she was sure that her friends aren't around even though she hadn't managed to find out yet. The mornings were never populated to her, and so she thought that she'll spend some moments perhaps by finding new friends, those who enter the Forest early, as she does. She walked down the God Hill to the Pond, approaching the one of the willows that's been close to what seemed to be a swarm of dragonflies and a pine tree, the one crowded by TEF deers of vasious age like her more often than not. She thought for a while about what should she do, and decided to give herself a short rest before going out to the forest. She sat by the willow, overlooking the tree.

It was a typical morning for Padieon; he was an early riser and often set out to browse the forest. Even if he never expected to find someone right away in the calm of the morning, it always pleased him when he did. He yawned and shook the dew from his pelt as he left his sleeping area near the ruins. Padieon was sure to tread lightly on his little hooves around the other older deer and fellow fawns who were still sleeping.
In open areas, he would hop and bound to the next destination. He almost ran past the willow that Jennie was resting by, but he skidded to a stop when he noticed her from the corner of her eye. He made a quick turn and trotted over to her. Padieon's ears perked and he cocked his head while giving a curious sniff of the air. Strange! He hadn't smelled a deer like her before. The young fawn offered her a bow and hopped a little in place. "Good morning, miss!"

The doe had her rest under the willow her friends spend time under as well by the evenings, watching the landscape around, yet not enjoying the sky as much as she should since that area wasn't so high in the Forest. She tried to feel what's around, focus. The energy of the pictograms, if there is any. Listen.
Then, how strong it is. The shape of the pictogram.
The weather has been nice and pleasant despite the time of the year; the Forest just was like that. A beginning of a good day, it seemed.
Ironically, how much she focused she hadn't noticed some energy slide by. But seeing a fawn, she went up. She gave a sniff to the fawn, backed a little and returned the bow.
"Hello~!"
She replied, smiling.
@Jennie: ((np, I totally
((np, I totally understand))
Padieon held still long enough for her to sniff him and return the bow. As soon as she spoke though, his tail wiggled and he did a little jig of excitement. Meeting someone new was always fun - at least it was to him. A grin crossed his face. "You smell kind of strange," he began, but his ears swiveled back as he realized that may have sounded rude. He quickly attempted to fix it, uttering "T-the good kind of strange, I mean! I haven't smelled someone like you before!"
The fawn gave a nervous laugh, but the smile on his face was innocent enough. "I'm Padieon!"

Wandering around the forest had become a new hobby for Tobias - there was nothing to hold him back from his curiosity, not anymore. He had become playful, even friendly to most but lonely. His shyness had taken a toll on him, so he never approached anyone that was a stranger (and in most cases, that was everyone.) Eventually, Tobias had decided to meet someone and not bolt in the process. He sprinted 'round, occasionally stalling so that he wouldn't bump head-forward into a tree; however, he froze when he saw a young fawn with a crown of poppies bouncing around in the thick grass of the birch. He would have ran straight into him if he would have stayed still - oh, that would have been embarrassing.
He puffed out his chest a little, exhaling a bit to give him a bout of faux courage to approach him. He could do this. He knew he could... so, he let out a small "H-hello..."
god forbid, i almost said pooppies@toppledturtle: ((Yesssss
((Yesssss that cutie. Also, I am a mature adult and laughed at your near mistake.))

Padieon was enjoying his romp in the grasses of the birch, and it was on a rounding bound that he spotted Tobias approaching him. The small hop turned into a sharp turn towards the other and he nearly tumbled over his own hooves. After a bit of stumbling, he righted himself with a humored giggle. The other seemed shy, but Padieon gave a respectful bow and smiled as friendly as he could. "Hi there!" he returned the greeting and turned his full attention to his (potential) new friend.

Aw, I'm glad you don't mind.
Perhaps she was a little socially awkward, but never towards neat TEF deers, it seemed. She could feel the neatness radiating from the fawn, the positive feeling she recognized. There were many creatures in the Forest and not all were like the little one she's just been meeting. Some creatures were nearly as large as the Gods, appeared like enemies of deer and managed to wake up fear in her, developing the awkwardness later, it seemed. But TEF fawns, never. She enjoyed them, and she had not the slightest unsureness from them, thus pretty open more than to anything else.
She smiled at the little thing, replying to the sentence that has been sent her way. "Well, perhaps I do." Fawns were very curious, exploring and trying out, indeed. She had taken this in a good fun, but hearing what seemed to be the fawn hoping to not to be rude has made her even more 'good'. "Hah, that's nice, thanks!" A short pause and she continued.
"I'm Jennie. Nice to meet you!"
