Was initially going to approach this realistically, but then thought it might be more interesting to do something more stylized and invoking of traditional Indian style illustrations. Not sure how well I pulled that off but it was fun to work this way. Gehirn and Herla are in a pre-modern India at the moment having some adventures, one of which involved hunting a tiger that had been preying on some hapless villagers. They are now seen as the physical embodiment of the Gods Shiva and his wife, Shakti on the mortal realm. Ah , blab, blab, blab, I’ll write something more coherent about it eventually. But have a picture for now, I know people don’t like to read anyways!
You really have skill ^^
I LOVE this. I have a handful
Looove that style too. Love everything about this one. Can't wait to see more from their travels. Especially if they visit other countries too. The possibilities!
Really beautiful image here!
And, like Ravey said, I can't wait to hear more about their travels. xD
Thanks misschevious! And
And thank you Kate! Certainly does make me more excited to work in this style more too. Researching things for their travels has been such a lot of fun, love incorporating it into a story-like outlet. Was hoping to make it to China and ultimately Tibet as well with them but we’ll see, the goal is to have fun after all. Too many agendas can ruin that! That’s how I feel when I travel too. Don’t like to be rushed a long looking at things as fast as I can. XD
Thanks Cal! I was really trying for it look like something that maybe came from some old painting or manuscript, did it digitally of course, but I wanted a “traditional” vibe to it, so that’s very pleasing!
And ah okay, I’m more inclined to write something if I think people are interested too. It’s work after all. And I’m lazy at heart
~Wow~. I love the style.
This technique is definitely
Have to say, knowing your
Sorry Gehirn, but Herla steals the show in this one ;D she looks beautiful!
