This is an Interaction Blog for the one known only as Graveyard

Many may come, many may go. This is for Roleplaying and getting to know the character as he will very rarely be seen or played in game. So if you wish to meet and get to know him, do so here. It will be far easier than expecting or waiting for him in game.

As stated above, MATURITY is a Must when interacting with Graveyard, not so much for sexual reasoning but because of the sheer fact that he does cruel things to the creatures he brings back from the dead. Twisting their bodies and bones into something else completely. His powers in Necromancy are far greater than one would expect.

You can use this blog to ask him questions, and to find out more about the character in general as well. There is no fear of him doing his experiments on you, as he needs dead flesh and bone to use his powers properly.

Please be mature with your posts, if you do not like what this is then kindly ignore it and move along elsewhere please and thank you.

The stag smiled, blood

The stag smiled, blood drooling down from his tines over his body in the usual slow streams, ears ticking, alert, only too content.
"Then visit I shall" he assured, smiling once again beneath his blood encrusted mask.

"should you ever find yourself near the water, you should feel free to come and say hello" he added with a flick of his once fluffy, now blood spiked, tail.

His eyes gently followed the young fawn as it went and laid near Vilnius... though he chuckled softly for a moment and nodded his head at what the stag spoke "If you are by the lake then I'll have better reason to visit. I've rarely left the graves because when I do so many scream and run in fear..."

"Your efforts are insignificant! I carry you to your deaths!"

The black and white doe could

The black and white doe could sense two interesting presences near the ruins as she headed back from her visit with the idol. One she recognized, having seen him before. The stag that carried hearts in his antlers. The other was unfamiliar, and spoke to some kind of power connected to the dead. There was a third, too, but, though this one did seem somehow unusual, it was the second that had interested her the most. As she neared the ruins, she could see them. The stag with the hearts, a fawn, and another stag that wore an odd headdress. She crept towards them slowly, silently, watching them, not wanting to disturb them. She did not come close, but moved to the side, sitting by a tree as she observed. It wasn't that she didn't want to be seen, but she simply wasn't exactly the social type. She preferred to watch from a distance, although she might approach them later if they proved interesting enough. Unless they engaged her first.

The bloodied prince smiled, "The company will be much appreciated
he rolled his shoulders slightly, listening to them pop before rising to his hooves.
"I am afraid I must be off, but I shall return soon, rest assured" he offered a small half bow before slinking off amongst the graves to wherever his interests led.

Furfur materialized next to

Furfur materialized next to Melonie and cast a curious glance over and partially submerged through her shoulder towards the assembled motley group in the graves. She was, sadly, the only familiar face even if they had not always been on the best terms. Their first meeting, if he recalled correctly, they had gotten into a bit of a fight. He tried to brush off the bad memories and craned his neck only vaguely wondering if this intrusion bothered her personal space. She was, after all, one of the few who could readily see him even when he completely dissipated. It was a rare talent in the forest, but not one that he would belittle at the very least. Company was company, regardless of the shape or personality it took.

"Ooh score it's a party! Did you bring hats? I love hats."

It was childish, but he tended to get overly chatty when he was uneasy about situations. He had discovered early on that most beings of the forest treated him better if he put on a happy face and acted foolish. A ghost materializing out of thin air was terrifying. A deer materializing out of this air and dancing in mid air was just silly and nothing to fear. It was a strategy that had gained him a small fawn following but very few age appropriate companions.

Frowning at the sudden

Frowning at the sudden intrusion, Melinoe stood and backed up a few feet. "What are you doing?" she hissed. She really had nothing against the ghost, but the sudden appearance and childish act annoyed her a little. Looking back toward the graves, she noticed Vilnius had left. Oh well. It was his large companion that she was interested in.

Graveyard smiled and bowed

Graveyard smiled and bowed his head to Vilnius as he'd left. Ah that was a very nice meeting if he did say so himself. Rarely did he meet someone so interesting and to say the least... friendly towards him. He realized that the young fawn was still there and offered another gentle smile towards him. He rarely had fawns paying any visits here... rarely had anyone to visit and offer any company. Vilnius and this fawn were the first but his senses picked up vibrations of another.

Shifting those hooves back to being under him he waited for a few moments before slowly slipping up to his feet and craning out his neck in a firm stretch, hearing a few pops here and there as the thick, silky black mane of the Lions head coated over his thick neck and shoulders "Little fawn would you care to take a walk with me?" He let out softly before shifting that head to look in the general direction of where Melinoe was, not really or truly realizing the other deathly presence with her.

After all ghosts in themselves never truly made vibrations upon the ground to be felt. And despite being a Necromancer and being within the graves his true senses of the dead only went so far. His ears flicked up slightly to show some fair interest in the general direction as he craned his neck into another stretch purring out softly as those black lips drew up into a slightly yawn to reveal that maw of heavy canines.

"Your efforts are insignificant! I carry you to your deaths!"

"Huh? I ah...you know. Just

"Huh? I ah...you know. Just hanging around."

He rose up into the air and gave a very short somersault before tilting his head to stare with that familiar manic painted on grin.

"Get it? See look! I'm hanging! you know in the air litera-oh you're just not amused okay."

He never really knew where he stood with the more serious deer of the forest and the female was no exception. It made for some horribly awkward moment and he seemed to nervously shuffle his feet for a second before fading out again allowing his mask and antlers to fall to the ground. He appeared next to Melonie again, this time with all four hooves as best he could manage in relation to the ground and lowered his head to pick back up his forest magic.

He had never really gotten the hang of keeping the objects in place, but his own vain tendencies and insecurities forced him to don the outfit time and time again. It was not a large leap of faith to assume that if he was not happy looking at his face then no one else would wish to stare either.

Furfur followed her gaze towards the circle of graves and arched a brow under the ceramic mask.

"Soooo...Whose the guy in your spot? Is he your boyfriend?"

The stag had that childish look in his eye again. It probably would be no surprise if he lept up on his hand legs and started prancing around singing nursery rhymes about snogging in trees and marriage. He had, however, somehow managed to restrain himself for the time being.

The creature of a stag

The creature of a stag shifted slightly before slowly making his way on over, he heard another voice but the overall presence was not felt around him. Though he could somewhat sense that it was neither a living or physical one nearby. Quirking a brow he craned his neck upwards, before that lion like headdress dropped off and fell over his shoulders revealing the hideously scarred barrage on his face.

Heavy pieces of flesh around the eyes and cheeks ripped off showing there were no scares. One would have to look extremely close to see the red beads that were in the sockets. Those were his eyes... as much as they didn't appear to be so. Graveyard's head tilted slightly to a side upon seeing the ghostly apparition floating about in his joyful manner "First time I've seen a cheerful being of the dead." He let out softly his attention turning to the fawn as he chuckled softly at the energy he held.

"Your efforts are insignificant! I carry you to your deaths!"

Wish was taken aback by this

Wish was taken aback by this beings appereence. But not grossed out! He had seen some worse things befor! Wish smiled his fang filled smile at him "But im not dead..."

Melinoe gave the ghost an odd

Melinoe gave the ghost an odd look. She didn't understand his strange behavior. For a while she just stared at him, then rolled her eyes at his question, her expression changing to one of annoyance. "I do not know him," she said simply, not offering any further explanation. She looked back towards the others, noticing they were heading in this direction. The larger one's face was revealed, but Melinoe paid it no mind beyond idle observation, without any thoughts or feelings regarding the face's appearance. The doe remained where she was, waiting for the others to reach her and her current companion. At least she would have a chance to speak with the one in the headdress.

Furfur accepted the brush off

Furfur accepted the brush off and settled down to her side. It was tiring even for him to stay so active all the time. He followed her gaze again to the figure approaching and then quickly cast his gaze towards the sky. He self-consciously checked his mask to ensure it was still in position and tried to hide his discomfort. His own facial features were torn with old scars which paled in comparison to the feathered deer's face, but it still made him nervous to behold. He was considered vain and cowardly for his obsession was covering up the scars of his past. Yet, here, right in front of him, was a being flaunting imperfections. Was it a shock thing? A source of pride? Indifference? It really did not matter in the long run, it still gave him a bad case of the willies.

He shuffled behind Melonie and nonchalantly laid his mask on her shoulder to stare at the stranger approaching them. He could feel her excitement and it was somewhat soothing to be distracted from his own feelings of discomfort.
He lowered his voice and tried to hold himself together. He tended to fade away when he was uneasy and meeting new companions always caused his body to fade in and out erratically.

"Um. I'll just let you do the talking."

Not likely. Furfur knew as well as anyone that he was a nervous and inappropriate babbler.

A thick chuckle erupted from

A thick chuckle erupted from those tender jaws before his attention turned to the fawn and he gently shook his head some "Ah yes... you are of the living... but us..." His attention gently turned towards the two they were slowly making their way towards "Well let's just say we're not truly alive..."

Shifting slightly he finally made his way over and gently lowered himself down. The small specks of red in the hallows of those sockets staring at the two... watching FurFur carefully as he offered a smile "Do my... appearances disturb you? The headdress is rarely removed, but I often need to in order to see just what is around me." Graveyard questioned softly.

"Your efforts are insignificant! I carry you to your deaths!"

Furfur stared giving his best

Furfur stared giving his best impression of a deer in headlights for a few seconds before breaking into a nervous giggle fit. "What? I hehe..er...um. No just bad memories. Nothing bad on you Imeanitsnotlikeyou'rehurtinganyonejuststandingthereIwasjustshockedbecauseholyhellImeanhaveyouseenyourself. Er..notthatitisabadthingimeanifyou'recomfortablewiththatandokayI'llshutupnow."

Smooth.
He mentally kicked himself and tried to hide himself farther behind the female. He wanted to just disappear and run away but he seemed to have no control over his legs, nor sadly over his mouth.

"Er..It's a fetching er..head covering anyway. Yeah. Lots of feathers and..beady..stuff."

He made a vaguely human gesture of raising his front leg and waving ittowards the head covering in question.

"Looks ah..good."

((Melinoe doesn't get

((Melinoe doesn't get "excited" X3 She's just curious.))

Melinoe stepped away from the ghost, not comfortable with his proximity. It wasn't her problem if he was frightened. She did find his inability to communicate effectively with the stranger a bit amusing, however, though there was little to indicate it.

Turning to the large stag, she gave a quick, not-quite-complete bow. He was interesting enough to earn one from her, though she still didn't like doing it. She ignored the fawn for now. She had never been particularly fond of fawns. "I wonder why you wear it, then," she said, glancing at the headdress, "but it is not my business to know. It is you, not it, that I am interested in."
Graveyard's picture

"I wear it because my sight

"I wear it because my sight is hindered with or without it... I feel the vibrations through the ground better than I can actually see things with..." He let out with a mere nod of his head shifting and slowly lowering down to lay. Yawning wide for a moment before shifting again "I just cannot sense the otherworldly presences with it on... I rarely... take it off or shrug it back."

"Your efforts are insignificant! I carry you to your deaths!"
Alecsander's picture

((Yep I know Paz, but Furfur

((Yep I know Paz, but Furfur would immediately turn any sort of flicker of interest from her into an actual hyperbolic emotional response because he can't really fathom she is as devoid as she is in reality. I usually put him as an "unreliable" narrator that states things how he observes them. Although he is not "saying it out loud" any text accompanying him in a first or second person is only privileged to the knowledge he would hold.

He doesn't know that Melonie does not feel strongly about things, it never coming up in conversation with him, so I can't really apply that knowledge to him without breaking the fourth wall. ))

Furfur blinked and looked around the graveyard clearing.

"Other worldly presence? Where? Is it that old man people say they see? I wonder if he died here!"

He craned his neck to survey the area and completely ignored any pleasantries of bowing or formal greeting. He rarely was treated to the same basic courtesy and tended to forget it when dealing with other new ones. He was starting to become more comfortable and scrutinized the newcomer. He had an odd look about him and he tried to pin down exactly where he might have seen it before. The feathers, the beads, elaborate headdress...Somewhere..but where?

Furfur gave him a quizzical smile and hurriedly gave a very clumsy bow.

"So are you an ah..medicine man or shaman? "
Graveyard's picture

There was a sickening snort

There was a sickening snort that erupted from those heavy nostrils and those tiny flickers of red ignited to a nasty, violent purple... a clear sign of... either agitation or anger at the time. It was likely from the mention of those things... Medicine Man? Shaman... a gruttled growl rippled in that heavy throat as those eyes flickered for but a few more moments and he finally settled. The voidless hallows returning to just a light flicker of red.

"I am neither Shaman nor a medicine man..." There was a heavy, angered tone in that voice, the large stags body rippling slightly as he shifted on those legs and sneered "At one point I was a 'shaman' but those days are long gone..."

There was a thickening sneer on that face, disgusting colored fangs revealed before he snorted and his ears flickered around slightly. Motioning and moving in many directions as he settled once again "Other Worldly Presences are yourselves... undeath, the dead... zombies, ghosts... apparitions..." Shifting again, the creature stood and slowly turned his back to them flinging his head downward as the headdress flowed up and settled over his antlers in a neat manner. The feathers ruffling some for a moment as he shifted and snorted out thick tendrils of purple smoke.

"Your efforts are insignificant! I carry you to your deaths!"

((Oh, alright, I

((Oh, alright, I understand))

Melinoe watched and listened, waiting for her chance to speak. She wondered briefly what "old man" Furfur was talking about, or if he was just making things up, perhaps trying to make a joke. If that was the case, it was lost on the doe, as she lacked a sense of humor.

When the stranger had mentioned sensing "otherworldly presences" before, her interest only increased. But why, or how, was he able to do this?

"So then, you do have ties with the dead, as I had sensed. I am curious as to the exact nature." The question was implied, though she would not pressure him to answer.
