Teiru's coat has a very light gray base, with bright orange and dark grey blotches all over his body. His horns are also very light gray and have plenty of branches. Poppies are often seen growing on the horns. Teiru's left eye is pale orange and right eye is black, neither of them have pupils. His nose is round and black. Teiru's fur is mostly on the short side, but it gets a bit longer on his cheeks, neck and rump. Teiru is sometimes seen wearing a mask with an appearance similar to that of an orca's face.

Teiru is an average size deer. He has long, thin legs but his build is average otherwise. His ears are also thin and pointy, and his tail is small and fluffy. Teiru is strong enough to usually fend for himself against similar sized opponents but he wouldn't win against some of the bigger threats in the forest. Teiru can run relatively fast for quite a long period of time if needed.

Teiru radiates peacefulness and calmness. He loves to sit still and watch nature do its thing. He is trusting, maybe even too trusting sometimes, and he will forgive others if he thinks they have bettered their ways. Teiru can be quite lonely, but he isn't bothered by it. Though he doesn't mind company either. Teiru can sometimes be forgetful, he might not always pay attention to discussions and seem detached from the real world. Teiru will treat everyone with respect, unless they've done something horrible according to him. He doesn't like confrontations and will rather either talk it out or just run away. If absolutely necessary, he will fight, but only as a last resort.

Teiru enjoys sunny weather as he loves to sunbathe. He also likes flowers and thinks they are very pretty. Teiru spends a lot of his time daydreaming about lots of different things. He likes to build his own imaginary worlds in his head. Teiru is artistic and sometimes expresses that by collecting rocks and arranging them in different formations. Though he usually forgets where his previous rock collections are.

Teiru hates all kinds of conflict and prefers to stay away from any of it. He also doesn't like lying to people, or others lying to him, although it isn't always easy for him to tell when others are doing so. Teiru also has an irrational fear of fish, as many have said that he looks like one and he is afraid that he actually might be one or turn into one. It's not an unusual sight to see Teiru run away from a pond he's drinking from.

Ava

Teiru once helped Ava find her big brother when she was lost. He thinks Ava is sweet and brave but they didn't get to know each other very well, and Teiru was a bit intimidated by Ava's brother so he didn't stick around afterwards.

Teiru has met Roo in the forest, he thinks she is a sweet doe. He wouldn't mind hanging out more.
