1) The gods themselves cast those masks on your deer. It doesn't work like the zombie set, casting a spell on one of the gods may change their appearance or do nothing at all.

2) The first pelt is the dark as night pelt. Only gods can cast it and nothing can be done to save it. It disappears when you log out. The other two are god only pelts, meaning only they can wear it.

3) A god only set. It's really cool isn't it?

Err... do you mean the devout pelt? There is a method for keeping it but I don't know it. I know that there are posts and blogs about doing this somewhere on here. Try searching permadevout or something around those lines.

To get the Devout permanently, you'll have to be using 3.31 version. Only download from Tale of Tales if you want to do so, me and a friend got viruses when we were downloading from non-ToT websites. You can log in with 2nd gen picto and older. You must wear the defeault pelt. You pray on the statues till you are white, then go to the menu and disconnect. Before you reconnect you must make your deer run around, and once you're recconected, you can stop and you have it. I've been myself trying in the past. But important to remember, you can't see any of the third gen pictograms with the old version and it's somewhat annoying.
