I tried searching this, but came up with no recent results. If the answer's somewhere in front of my face and I'm simply not seeing it, apologies...

I received this account a while ago from another player. Naturally, after I activated it, I changed the password to something that would stick a little better in my mind, then left the account alone for a while so the fawn would age.

Now when I go to use it, I can't log into the forest.

I've tried both the old and new password many times on both the site and game itself. I've also tried changing it to an entirely new password, but that doesn't work as well. I doubt I could get on the site at all if my browser hadn't saved some mysterious 4 letter password that lets me at least get this far.

This is a bit of a headache. Is there something I can do myself, before I resort to contacting M&A?

So, I've got my Endless Forest game and it ran pretty much fine, but after I changed my router from PPoE to DHCP I can't seem to log in and connect. The menu for writing your username and password do not show up, the menu says that there are 0 players online and pushing the "connect" button does nothing. I don't know what to do help me, please

I was last here a very, very long time ago, and am unsure if this is still allowed. May I request help getting my set?
