You know that the Community Site doesn't allow you to change your display name at the moment, I'm sure. This means I am forced to use the name Serpanther.
I would hereby like to disassociate myself from that name, for it was my first username on the internet, and with which I made a right fool of meself, as I'm sure many people's first experience on the internet were. It is a name I nicked from a book, and I used in desperation when registering a pictogram when I thought it wasn't working.
So please, ignore the name, for the name of
this person, who, as far as you are concerned, is me, the name of
that person, is Liëka. c: If you need to differentiate between me and the deer of the same name, then feel free to use Liëkadeer if/when necessary.
The name Liëka is pronounced Lie (as in an untruth) Eeek (as in a shocked noise) Ah (as in a satisfied noise)
Lie Eek Ah. Lyeeekhaaa. Liëka.
...I know this is all very formal, but I want to get it out there.
So people don't think of me as Serpanther in their heads, I guess.
Edit: Oh! And also! If you have a standard-issue qwerty keyboard with a NUMpad, you can type the ë by holding down the Alt key, typing 393 on the NUMpad, and then releasing the Alt key.
(I'm going to bump this every now and again (every few weeks or summat like that, most likely just after a few people have called me Serpanther), a. because it's useful, b. because new people arrive all the time, and c. because people have been posting their own name troubles here too.)
