because WOW I got a lovely a lovely surprise lol

Sometimes I just throw Atiq in and trot around for stress relief or just to chill out in general, but I stumbled upon a very special deer:



"Awww what a cute little deer fami-"



"...wait...is that...?"



"IT IS. LIER."


...well, at least his old picto. It was just such a random thing to run into for me, and it carries a bittersweetness to it that isn't necessarily bad.

I just wanted to share this moment because that chapter of TEF was important to me and that character, and I actually got the biggest, proudest smile on my face when I caught it because I'm SO happy it found a good home and a good, well-loved, new character ~!

Shapeways Model Perk

As part of donating to the new remake of TEF, I was able to earn the perk for having a model of Walter made in 3d and printed out as a figurine. Well, I thought I'd share the result as I received my delivery today:



I asked for the smaller details such as the spikes on the horns and the goatee, but I'm really happy with how it appears overall. I also had the frog added in and the tree stump at the back.

I've been experimenting with some shading colors on my characters, but I thought I might as well experiment on other people's chars. So if you're interested, drop a reference sheet, or a screenshot in a comment below.

I get the lines and shading done traditionally and I color it digitally. So the stuff will look like this (but without background)
