I decided that the deer would be Atiq, I already had his swatches pulled up in photoshop so I was like, sure. The idea behind the piece is that He ran off to some secret place to find peace and safety. Because he is a lost little thing, and tends to get distressed at times. And hopefully, it might lift the mood a bit.

I picked up a few tips for painting the trees and the mist from two tutorials that I have saved on my deviantart account. I'm sorry, but I can't be bothered to dig them out right now DX
