Decided to play around with a ref for my favorite deer, Bandit. XD I still need to practice their legs and faces. He's modeled off a red deer.

I was just in the Forest with a couple deer (the dark brown
deer ), very nice, but then came two others deer (the light brown deer with purple flowers), whereby the people I was very angry at once were the two licht brown deer. I don't understand why they seemed to torment each other, they ran the whole time behind everyoneand hunted each other out . What I wonder is what was happening, can someone explain me please ??

I'm going through all my deer, drawing references, and updating their look to something more mature.

This is Artemis. The only major change I've made to this one is adding hair, because quite frankly, hair on humanfaced deer really works for me. xD When she has the skull on, she tucks it away. ...because she can. It's supposed to be an auburn, red-brown colour, curly hair.
The other things I've done are: changed the skull to make it more obviously ill-fitting and not hers, and taken away the lower jaw to be more pleasing aesthetically. The side-prong things were always there, but if you didn't know about them before, take note.

The wristblades are supposed to be designed so they scrape it Artemis's front legs when she's stood normally.

I've also changed it so that she only wears the skull when going on a rampage.

I have been working on this guy for awhile, and I was going to wait until my comp was completely up and running again but I decided, what the hell? and revealing him anyways.

I'll do more stuff with him, but I'll be gone for a few weeks, to (ironically enough) New Orleans.

So I leave you with this guy until I get back. Say hi to Nocturne and make sure he doesn't get into troule while I'm gone. C;

And I daresay I'm getting better at drawing deer.

Had some fun tonight with my twin, well almost twin, you have to have some differents.

;_; Mellion fell in the pond today and lost all his spells ('cuz I still don't know how to save your spelldata) but luckily there was this one amazing deer who seemed to immediately realize what had happened and came to his rescue. I was feeling a little stressed out today when I logged in to the forest but as Mellion abruptly lost the set of his I had taken a liking to, I was so shocked. And then when you came and helped Mellion get his set back I got so reliefed I forgot all about my stress. Thank you, you life saver deer you. <3 You bet you got yourself a lifetime friend of Mellion now.

Mellion met other nice deer today, as well. Thank you all who played with him. <3 I'm sorry I had to leave all of a sudden, I was waiting for a friend to log in on MSN. But anyway, without further ado, let's see some piccas!

Soon after Mellion got some spells on him, him and his savior attracted a bunch of other deer to them. (:

I turned my head away for a second, and all of a sudden we were surrounded by a group of deer. It was so cute. <3 They're just lieying there, enjoying of the day.

(If you were wondering why Mellion's appearance changes in almost every picture, it's because of a. the pond incident and b. I'm still not 100% sure what I want him to look like.)
