This is the first concept art piece I have made of my deer character. Vinocchus is a creation of Dionysus, the Greek god of wine and festivity. His pelt is similar to that of the magpie pelt, but more dappled. His antlers are draped with ripe grapes; many little forest animals and other deer like to feed on the grapes that grow from his antlers.
The little olive fawn is called Olivian, the deer of olives. Vinocchus adopted Olivian and acts as her guardian and mentor.
