Concept sketchh, not sure on name or whatnot, but my idea for her is that she's spider-themed and sleep-related. (I'll get a better sketch of her up later n_n; ) She can weave webs and keeps the company of spiders in her antlers, under her control.
She is a spinstress, spreading lies and creating illusions to tempt the unwary. She is a bringer of sleep, a bringer of death.
Cradled from her antlers is a large, antique hourglass, its purpose largely unknown. It marks the time and captures abstract concepts; a mystical container housing that which no mortal means can hold. She preys upon the sleeping, stealing their dreams, to keep herself alive.
She brings light.
