I blame Karooi for the idea 8U I really do... this is likely not going to be finished for sometime (My hand is KILLING ME!) but I thought I'd share at least what I've got done of it. Nightmare in a very heavy, very... shaggy winter coat that he gets during the colder months. Talk about Extreme Fluff...

The mental image of Herla or Karooi (Or any other small deer for that matter) climbing onto his back and just making a huge nest out of that fur is hilarious... If you see Nighter's in the forest and see him rubbing trees know that he is itching and tugging off this massive mass of fur 8V

Be warned... approaching the Nighter's while he is shedding is likely to result in you being covered in heavy blue fur Shocked

I have to admit: I never thought a simple game could be so inspiring. I liked deer before, but this game and its friendly, creative community got me after already a year of not-drawing back to my graphics tablet. And now I can’t stop drawing deer! Ó_ò
Seriously, there are so many talented people on this community site - it’s just impressive.



When I thought about deer with masks this suddenly appeared in my head. Some of you might know General Grievous: To be honest, I think his design is just ingenious Laughing out loud (yes, and I’m a Star Wars fan...)
And I was surprised how well his „ears“ could be transformed to antlers. Now, I can’t stop drawing Grievous deer – er, not a grievous deer but General-Grievous-Deer... or something... /:-.

There was a post earlier here, about a Crystal Cave concept that I thought sounded very lovely.

Wouldn't it be cool to have a Crystal Cave to visit in the forest?

I "stole" the background from an old piece I did a few years ago.
