The flames soon fell back into their slumber, leaving but glowing ashes as a sign they could still wake. Even if all they are but ashes now, the actions they took would stay an even strong reminded how powerful fire can if left to grow. Soot and ash danced in the air, covering everything that was left exposed to its touch. From the shadows a figure came, gazing at the death that surrounded him. Trees crumbed and cracked, the ground brown and empty. Even the birds held their breath, as if watching to see what the large deer would do.

He stopped in the middle of open patch of forest, lowering his head down. With a slow inhale, filling his chest, he released the breath. Light danced from his lips to the earth and disappeared beneath. The stranger waited a few moments, soon to see the light return from the earth, bringing with it something fresh and new. A single arm of a fern reached up from the grown, glowing softly.

Smiling, he let out another glowing breath. The fern grew slowly, but was growing nevertheless.

I was in the artsy mood and decided to draw my Radish in the forest after a great fire. But there is no need to worry, he will help start the process of healing for his home.

wip, but I will be sure to get on lining and finishing this by at least Thursday. ^-^

I did Radish's silhouette by hand using the elk as a base but then made it more Radish's look. He is such a chubby big guy. teheee
