Just a quick sketch and crude color for the night. I saved the line art so I can experiment with different coloring styles and textures.

Even though I enjoy the modern drawings of dainty, deer-like Qilins, I prefer to draw mine as badass and ready to trample the wicked.

I whipped this up tonight as an incentive for the image-a-day thread ^_^ This is my main deer, Uruu, in her fawn and adult forms. She is still a fawn in-game, but I am pretty much bent on getting her the magpie pelt; it's too pretty to pass up. 8D
