The only thing I'd say is the front, posed leg's first joint from the hoof (the "elbow" on a human arm) is a little off, but I can't exactly say how. Maybe the curved line underneath of it should be shortened or taken away? I can't say. But that's all I see; otherwise it's absolutely stellar and I wished I could draw that well. ;__; <3 [saves for future reference]

Looks pretty darn good! I would maybe juuuust suggest that you make the head slightly narrower...I see that you did in the second sketch, but even a little bit more I think could help. I try to think of deer being made of twigs and silk, they're that delicate!
I dunno...I like the head. It's not totally realistic no but if it's that style she wants to go with then great ^^ I know Cato likes making her critters a bit on the skinny side, so I don't think adding any more meat on it is necessary either.
@ Weasel: Actually, I went back into photoshop and narrowed it more right after I poseted the second sketch.......I just never felt like putting it up XD thank you very much though ^-^
