Such sweet and sorrowful songs -Story request from Faunet-

Sonata's picture
Such a sense of cold.
regret?
maybe.

The blue stag twitched his ears, feeling something breeze gently past him as he watched the white stag sunning himself.

A doe?
She seemed familiar...

maybe in another time...

He bolted after her.

"wait! M'lady I advice you to please stand clear of!"

Too late, oh how too late.

The doe's hoof met mud spattered grass, her slender legs sliding through it, as a blade through water.

The white stag turned his head, bounding from his spot in the sunlight.

"...Truly one cannot escape you" he stated flatly, stepping over the doe lightly to lay down once more.

She turned her head, looking at him.

"...Alaska?"

He stood, pacing away to another sunspot, watching her.

Chopin warily stepped from his place in the ferns and shading trees, helping the doe politely to her feet.

She tilted her head at him, eyes narrowing.
"do I...know you?"

"...pray tell if you remember, for I thought the same thing when you ran past me"

"Spare me your life's tales unless you care to start them from the beginning" the cold Hart breathed, his northern-light eyes pulsing with that soft pink red, clear annoyance.

Faunet tipped her head, stepping over to him.
"what's your problem?" she questioned.

"Life" Alaska replied simply, laying on his side in the sun.

Chopin shifted his weight, shyly moving over, trying to lead the doe away, managing to after what seemed like forever.

"do you know him?"

The doe rolled her shoulders in a shrug.

"I guess"

He smiled softly, "maybe it's best we leave him be"

"don't be ridiculous, he's just throwing a tantrum because he's bored with life" she huffed.

Chopin paused, then laughed.

"I remember you.

we never did get to dance.

would you like to?

I can...

play you a song"
