ShadowX, Nim, and Stardust.

The rainy night

ShadowX lie within the large tree. The large tree was his home he shared with others. Others came and left without talking to him, they learned that it was no use. But today was different.

ShadowX looked out at the forest. For the first time in monthes it was raining! Under his long mask he smiled. The rain is good. “ShadowX?” came a female voice. Looking over he saw a doe standing in the rain. “Come in, it’s raining out there, … what is the problem Ms?” he said standing up and pointed in. Bowing the doe entered.

Nim sat in the corner looking at ShadowX. He looked out at the rain wanting to go and play. This was the first time he’d seen the falling of water from the sky. He’d asked Shadow if he could go and play but he’d only said no. his reason was that there would be a visitor seeking help. Nim looked around for something to play with. There was,… voices? He looked at the lip of the opening on the tree. He saw Shadow talking. Moments past before he saw a doe with a cool dark blue pelt with yellow stares on it walk in.

ShadowX looked at the doe and breathed. First one of the week, she was Stardust he’d only met her one’s in one of his visions that meant he knew her problem but it was only right to let her speak.

Stardust looked at the far corner and saw the grey fawn looking at her. She liked fawn and likes of small animals but she did not go near the little one. She looked at ShadowX and said, “Look I came from the shine to find you, can you come?” “Yes I may come,” he said. Looking back to the fawn she stepped out.

Nim looked up at the others and stood. He learned that he had to fallow shadow wherever they went and do everything he says.

ShadowX looked at Nim as they left the tree. “look, little one this is a job so stay out of my way,… It is a lot more dangerous than you may think,” he said. “but Shadow, how do you know wait the job is? I mean, She hasn’t told us yet.” the little fawn said as he fallowed the two large deer out.

The creature from the dark watched as the deer walked out and move to the shrine. It watched the large buck more for some reason. The buck had a air about him that made him a threat.

Stopping ShadowX looked over out into the poring rain. Sensed that there was something there. “Shadow I’m scared,” said Nim’s faint voice. He looked down at the little fawn and said quietly, “I sense a presence,… the Shadow that fallows use is coming to the temple. Watch and don’t speak.” he watched as Nim shrank back. That at lest, would stem the talking.

The party stopped at the temple. Bats flew over there heads as they watch the hallow grounds of the place. Moments pact before Shadow stepped forward and walked in. he was fallowed by Nim, but Stardust held back.

Nim fallowed Shadow into the place but he kept close. Neither of the older deer have told him wait was going on. Looking at Shadow though he saw the white, red, and Black of his pelt shine Brightly. There was symbols above his antlers of many feathers and a white glow as he spoke. Dumb struck he looked at the spot in front of him. The place was covered with a darkness that gathered more and more. Evil Nim wanted to ask but before he could it was all over and the darkness was gone. Shadow walked over and smelt the place and then walked out headed for the tree.

The creature watched as the deer left and talked. He know now why he hated the large buck. The large buck was responsible for sending his allies away. Turning the dark creature walked into the woods to think.
