I think this is a known problem with Internet Explorer. Is that what you're using? You will either have to try updating Flash or installing Firefox to register again. It depends, I think, on what happened when you tried to register. Did the Pictograms keep flashing, like on your account page?

In the meantime, I found some topics for you. These are on the support forums, which you can access by the link at the very top right-hand side of this page.

The first one hasn't been answered yet, but it sounds like your problem. Michael will post soon, I'm sure, he always does. You may want to consider posting your problem on the main forums as well, if these are unsuccessful.

Hehe I don't know as much as I should, either. :3 But I believe the updates are here:

Then you click "Get the latest version" and it should prompt you to accept their terms and agreements. Then a flash box appears, I believe, and updates it for you. (I'm using Firefox and it's a little different). I'm not sure if this will solve your problem but at least it will narrow it down a bit. You may have to just download Firefox, register your account/deer, and then uninstall...
