Sterre Redesign VI

Trying some new things for Sterre. Thinking on making the white bits on her neck a little bit less. Im not sure at this stage.

Definitely feel she's a lot older here. More like a woman than a girl. She would have all of her hair pulled back into one longass braid; I used to draw polt with it all the time. Tried to make her look a bit more like her mother. The Moon on her back will always stay there. The gold star in her fragments is her mother and the smaller white one is her brother. The stars in her fragments do light up and move at night and dark, whereas in the day they just look like light colour stains on feathers. Id imagine over time as she aged more stars would appear for those closest to her. Ciel for example, or her own children if it ever came to that.

Her pelt would have a lovely sheen to it. Sleek.

Definitely need to work on that neck...

Id love feedback on this! What do you think she would look like?

Ah, she's beautiful. I especially love that necklace of hers, it reminds me of the Alajas Turkmen use for their horses to protect them from evil.

She really does look older

She really does look older here, in a very good way. Love how everything seems to have grown longer and more full and how the stars glitter. Leto will never leave her shinies alone 8|

@ Lung: Ive always loved the Arabian and Turkish stuff they use on their horses. Its very beautiful and I never really viewed Sterres necklace in such a way. I really love this outlook.
@ Apel: Im glad she reads as such. I had a vision of Leto Skiing, using sterres fragments as the skiropes.

I like seeing these concepts.

I like seeing these concepts. The first one in the second batch is what I'm drawn to the most, I must say. I like how...secluded (if that's a good word) the white markings seem. Ears, face, back and nothing else. It's more striking in my opinion. The neck being as dark as the majority of her body attracts more attention to her necklace too, methinks.

You've done a nice job aging

You've done a nice job aging her up, she looks far more mature now.
As for feedback I really do agree with the no-underbelly design, it makes the 'moon' on her back and the shade of her face stand out. The collar also looks much better against the dark fur than compared to the white, which sort of drowns it out.

Oh gosh I love how her necklace is drawn though. Reminds me of the chokers they put on Akhal-Teke horses!

Oh Sterre looks so pretty here, I can definitely see how she looks older and more mature here. I love seeing a character change as they age. I like what you did with her "feathers" too, the designs on them are a nice touch. She SPARKLES. <3
