But i do know 1 thing... This is awessoooommmeee!!!! I always wanted to do the whole water paint thing,but i never got too Sad

Photoshop, Paint Tool SAI,

Photoshop, Paint Tool SAI, Open Canvas(1.1), uhm.. Gimp, maybe.. all decent programs.
I use SAI, myself.

I know "Photoshop" you have to pay for right? What about any of the other one's?

Are any1 of those free at all? You see i dont even have my own laptop atm,im using my boyfriends right now,hopefully after christmas i will have my own though,and we can get on TEF together.. lol

SAI has a free trial, but

SAI has a free trial, but getting a "crack" for it is pretty easy for most people.
Open Canvas is always free if you download the older version. Gimp is also free.
I think you can also get PS versions for free if you hunt hard enough.. x)

Do i need a drawing tablet for both of them?

This is really awesome.The detailing in the skull is excellent, it looks like you got watercolors down. I been trying to get water colors on PS CS3, but no luck. D: I know you can change the picture to look like water colors, but I think you need to download the brushes..

You can get PS CS3 & CS4 for free, I have both =3
