Sleeping with Valiant

Dhina was completely tired from water walking and decided to curl up next to Valiant. He fell asleep on top of her so I let her snooze also and snapped a picture.

It really reminded me of when you're on the bus or something and the person sitting next to you falls asleep and leans on your shoulder.

Except you know, not creepy because she knows this deer.

Mine apologies dear lass! How rather uncouth of this old fellow! One did not mean to fall asleep on thee! One may only hope that thou art not harmed by mine rather large crown! -flushes in a rush of scarlet- Mine deepest apologies dear lady! Such a rude fellow this old hart has proved to be. One should stay awake in the company of a lady.

"Mm..No it was no problem my well-spoken friend. I am, luckily, small enough that you could not crush me so easily. I was using your antlers for shade at the time and it offers quite the best protection from the other deer while I get my beauty sleep. "

I purposefully made her sit right between the 'fan' and 'stem' of the antlers so she wouldn't get 'impaled' on accident. I figured he was going to snooze any moment.

Well...then this one must suppose that all is well dear lady? Why one would need sleep to bring beauty to such a perfectly lovely lass pass well beyond this old hart, but if thou require a shade, this one is most glad to provide thee such!
Thou art quite kind to set aside mine obvious failing, though tired as this one be twas no excuse to pass into the land of dreams in the presence of a lady. Thou art most charitable!
