Even though I'm terrible at stories.

It was a happy, bright day in the feilds of a great big green forest that had freshgreen trees, plants, and had lots of living life into it. And Shika, her mother and father, were one of those happy creatures until something bad happened a few weeks after Shika had been born. Shika can never forget the day it all happened.

Shika and her mother had been walking through the forest, eating grass and leaves as usual. They danced and played around for hours. But this would be the last day Shika could ever see her parents. As they hopped and ran around, playing, Shika's father ran out of no where, stopping the pair from hopping. He came running fast, yelling "Emi!! Emi!!! Take Shika AND RUN! NOW!" he called out as if he were worried and angered.

Right before Emi, Shika's mother could say anything or even ask why, strange two-legged upright creatures with smooshed in faces with long silver poles, shot Shika's father with a very fast and shiny object. Shocked by this, Shika and her mother stood, looking at the lifeless stag on the beautiful green grass, starting to stain it red.

After about half a second Shika's mother pushed Shika, telling her to run. They ran fast, but the mother could not keep up. Loud noises and animals scrambled everywhere, making the forest a horror. Birds cawed and flew, trees fell, grass ripped, small animals hid and raced everywhere. Eventually Shika's mother had collapsed from being so warn out. Shika stopped to turn around and begged and plead her mother to get up.

Shika's mother couldn't move on and Shika knew it. Her mother had no energy and she was going to die. All she could do was to say her last words "Shika... You MUST leave without me I want you to live.... That is my last wish and I want you to make it come true... run.. run as far as you can into a safe place.... meet new deer, have your own family... I will always be with you in your heart.. so will your father. And we will watch over you, I love you Shika, don't ever forget that.. but..right..now...you..must........run....dont..look ....back............." after that said, there was a big silence. Right at that moment Shika knew she was dead. Flows of tears ran down Shika's cheeks.

She carefully nuzzled her mother and put a purple flowers on her mother, making sure she would die in peace. Shika sat by her for only a moment until the two-legged creatures, also known as humans, caught sight in her eyes. Shika quickly got up and ran..just like she was to do so. She didn't turn back, for she listened to her mother and also didn't want to see the horrors from hell.

She ran for many days and many nights, stopping from time to time to get more food and water. It came to an end when she quickly stopped to see a white stag. Her heart pounded, she sweated, tears still rolled down her face. She didn't care if she could trust him or not.. she needed someone right now... Shika, still confused by all of her emotions and thoughts she cuddled to the stag, letting her worries soak out of her.

Unsure about the stag and how he would re act, she looked up, to see his face perfectly calm. From day to night she often followed him, she didn't much talk to him, all she knew was that his name was Cypher. Although Shika didn't know him, she grew attached and started to trust Cypher. Sometimes she would even go out searching for him for hours on end if she couldn't find him. Cypher of course, cared for her too but he also had things to do since he was apart of the AoM.

Day by day she grew bigger and stronger, and getting more trusted by the stag. Finally she grew up and from those days, Shika STILL continues to find Cypher. She tries her best to protect him, and Cypher does the same. Shika hopes she will still get to see Cyph, he is her best friend, her family.
