[ Set Help ] Greetings~!

Hello there, I'm new to this game and would first like to introduce myself.

Hi, I'm Aaris. ^-*

This game looks so exciting to play, but I've noticed my deer currently looks very plain in comparison to some others roaming around. So if I may dare to ask, would anyone be able to help me decorate my deer? c:
I've read up that only others can decorate your deer for you if you ask them nicely enough, which is what I hope I'm doing. ^-^''
I've got an idea in mind from a small program on deviantART, so here goes;

Pelt; Secretary Bird
Mask; Fan/Hands
Antlers; Great Argus/Key

So sorry if I have chosen a style that is unavailable in any way and I am willing to change it if it would cause too much hassle for whoever is nice enough to help me with this. ^-*
I also saw somewhere that I was to put down where my deer would be waiting, but as of yet I have no clue as to the map's places and so I'm willing to come and meet the creator of the deer wherever they choose~! c:

Thank you.

Welcome to the forest and tefc!

For a month your deer will stay as a fawn, so he/she cannot wear any magic for longer than 30 seconds or so. After that you need to reload your set all the time. I really recommend to get the set you want after your fawn has grown! ♥ Hope you'll enjoy your time here and in the forest!

Ah, thank you so much for the

Ah, thank you so much for the advice~! I'll be sure to wait then~! ^-*

Welcome to TEF! :3
The community here is very friendly and welcoming, one of the best I've had the pleasure of being a part of. New members are always exciting! If you need anything, feel free to ask. (:

Tuoho already explained it well! ♥
I'd just like to add that it's a good idea to utilize this time as a fawn to really get to know the "ways" of the forest (haha), get more familiar with the body language, get to know some deer and who is who, etc.
Being a fawn is a learning experience, and other players are very likely to look the other way if you do something "rude" (there are no actual rules in the game, but "forest etiquette" is kind of a thing?? lol) and you get to learn by trial and error.

Another tip: the forums are an excellent source of information and communication. Some players find that they prefer playing without using the forums, while some others tend to stick to OOF (out of forest) roleplay for character interaction. Most players do both, and others find their own way to play. Laughing out loud For me, using the forums actually helped me learn in-forest communication better! By knowing which characters I was interacting with, I could interpret their actions better and therefore became better at expressing myself in the forest.

That being said, there are tons of friendly and playful deer to hang out with in the forest. It's not hard to find a few buddies to romp around with. Also, feel free to hang out with any of my deer any time you see them! They're all friendly to fawns and always enjoy the company (except Rigor, she's just a cranky ol' crone of a crow hehe). Smiling

See you in the forest~
