It seems that you don't have a pictogram registered to your username. Do you use Internet Explorer 7? There is a problem with with version that doesn't allow you to get a pictogram. This can be fixed though. The creators of the game/site can help you if you use an web browser like Fire Fox to sigh up a new name with a pictogram.

You'll have to go to the support forums or e-mail them to let them know you need help. They will be more then glad to help out and explain everything much better then me, lol...
