I do have soft effect on, but

I do have soft effect on, but I have it set low so it's barely noticeable.

In Photoshop I duplicated the screenshot, set it to multiply, added a heavy gaussian blur to it, and lowered the opacity. Then I played around with colours/brightness/contrast/etc. (:

Aah. It was such a nice shot, plus just on the border of the fog, so the image is just as pretty without any editing, heh.
