Oh! That's not Baal though.. it's a long story. He shares Baal's picto.. but he is not Baal. He is a demon called Azazael.. and Kaoori didn't want him to hurt anyone so she was trying to keep him away from other deer.

Oh, I see. I just thought it was Baal's insanity dressing up in the zombie set or something. It doesn't matter though, it was nothing personal with him.
Saosin knew that protecting others were her intentions, but since he was protecting her he was the one receiving the beating. Not that he was upset for selfish reasons, but he can't always be around to protect her.
