Upload an image to any image hosting site and put the direct link here between these tags [*img] image url here [/*img] (just take off the '*').

Try going there. ^
If the image is on your computer, click computer, find the image, and upload it.
Then it should take you to a page with a bunch of things you can copy and paste.
It's probably easiest to copy the thing in the box that says "Direct Link"--
that's what you'll want to stick between these things:
[img] and [/img]
