From the first minutes the day was rich for the entity. And now the day seemed to be ending as his eye-burning all red form of glow stood in the blackness of midnight. It began with black, it will end with black. No orientation in time, that was the curse he held.
He used to wear a scar on his shoulder blade from a large battle to defend his dearest. It was gone by now. Scars were never permanent with him, because his form was not comparable to any flesh. He was made of energy. It was replaced by another scar, hovewer, that which was owning his left frontleg from what happened to him near three am. He lay his frontlegs on the broken wall of the ruins, fur glowing, hooves just as glowing together with the metallic feel special to darker parts of his form. He pushed power into his frontlegs and picked himself up, climbing the wall, moves sinisterly light. He sat there to stay for a while.
The black creature was walking on the darkness, searching for flowers. Yeah, a macabre ugly creature searching for flowers.
That creature was Endora, the experience, a very old creature but her adult appearance never changed.
She was walking, with her neck and face lowered, looking close to the ground, searching for a accurate color she was wanting: Orange.
Her eyes made of a strange blue energy illuminated the ground, as well as the rest of the weird drawings she have on the body and skull. It was hard to find the flowers that so much wanted. Those who were in her antlers were already wilted and falling to the ground.
While she was looking for the flower, a certain red glow on the horizon caught her attention. She raised her neck and face, trying to see better the glow. That was so attractive, she decided to go closer and see what is that thing.
She could not see properly what it really was, but there was a shape of a dog with antlers and something like this.
She was a little impressed.
He might not have been programmed to rest. Intangible beings, like him, weren't in need of that. But perhaps it was a habit rooted in the intelligent mind as he let his form loose on the wall of the crumbling stone. But he was not getting heavy, not at all.
There was tension in the air. Being a predator, he had no problem in finding that out. While one of his fluffly roe deer ears still rested against his head, the another perked up, forward-facing eyes of red burst scanning the horizon on the opposite side from the safe place of his rest.
He soon saw it, there was another form holding powerful energy near. A glow that shined bright in his sight made up for it.
He raised his head, they were coming. What they have wanted he could not say. One of his ears relaxed less than it did before, yet still it did, the another facing the individual. His mouth was pulled down in a neutral shape so far, yet still his teeth were exposed. They must have been long enough. But he hadn't minded having constantly open mouth, being not out of matter.
He, in turn, was intriqued, too. Prey? Threat? He excepted anything. But at that moment, he ended up staying more or less calm.
To the extent that she approaches slowly, not wanting to scare the animal that was ahead of her, she could understand more and more what was that thing.
She was able to identify that it was an energy.
It has become commonplace, looked a little familiar, she thought in her past lives, she had the impression that she had seen bodies like that before and even interacted with it.
Anyway, there's nothing to prevent her from wanting to interact with that entity as well.
She stopped walking.
" Hi there.... " She said politely with a scary female voice with a even scary echo. " I'm Endora.... And who are you?... Also... I'm not bad ok? *Leaves a shy laugh* "
She could not think of a little less stupid phrase like that.
The existence went up softly in the company of tiniest, unnerving sounds as his perhaps even delicate frame stood on that tiny piece it could, the top of the broken wall. His side was a little bit exposed to the approaching; a sign that he wasn't looking for aggression himself.
His left ear was still analyzing the environment for any possible threats while his left was perked up just at the creature. His tail hung from his rump peacefully with no sign of emotions.
His lips were no longer as relaxed. "Greetings." The predator entity's voice came sounding like that of a matured man, aged yet sharp, accompanied with fade to an echo, too, that added the depth that was not supposed to be there. "Calder," he said, teeth showing more as he spoke, and he gave the another a nod to approve and to accompany his spoken greeting, his eyes locked with hers. A trace of a smirk was all he did as a reaction to the last sentence of the female.
She sat on the floor like a dog, delicately.
Her long tail was moving slowly like a cat.
Her ears were attentive to Calder, also Endora thinks he seems to be nice.... and his name was a little familiar, she didn't remember why.
( I'm including a little the times that Endora encountered Calder on TEF game too e.e )
"Do you mind if I stay here? I would like to talk with you... " Endora tilts her head slightly to the side. "I was looking for orange flowers ... I didnt find them...Annnddd.... Maybe I'll stay here and wait for the sun to appear again, if... You dont mind...." She said a little awkward.
He watched her settle down. For a second, his body turned to face her with the side of it before he jumped off the broken wall and firmly landed on the floor. He was not afraid of doing something so harsh in so calm situation, because it turned out to not to be harsh. A very little of noise was heard when he took the firm hold of the floors with his hooves. Unusual enough to unnerve one was it. It might have been because he was, as simple as that, an intangible being, but it might have been because he was the one to hunt living energy to survive, too. Everyone would espace from a thunderfoot soon enough. He jumped on another wall following, a less tall and a more straight-edged one while keeping his eyes on the strange beast. He settled down there, almost completely relaxed. Her name was familiar to him too, and either, he couldn't say why. What a strange sensation.
"No," he replied in a fine tone. He wouldn't have minded a talk either, but there were things he might not have been interested in talking about and he was prepared to be protective over that if need be. "Not sure whenever there are orange flowers myself." He took a liking to her kinda childish nature.
He narrowed his eyes a little and pulled his lips up faintly in a trace of a smirk again. "Why would you. The night is lovely." He said somewhat harshly, but made sure he wasn't sounding unpleasant at the same time.
Endora observed the creature jump the rocks and land on the ground. At the same time, Endora slightly tensed her muscles, without any intention, was only a small automatic reaction of your body towards the landing and the noise that it issued.
She was a little nervous because of the way in which the creature looked at her and his voice and everthing. Looked like it was ready to attack her at any moment.
She trought: "This could not happen, I'm being nice to him."
Anyway, it's not good to be so careless.
" Well, that's right. The night is lovely. " She answered serious.
She looks to the black sky with shiny stars.
" I'd love to enjoy the night, but I think I will not endure, I'll probably sleep sitting here. *She lets out a small laugh* "
He was not interested in harming her in any way, but he could smell her uneasiness, being the way he was. Now that he knew that he is the feared individual, he stepped into what seemed to be full relaxation, ears pulling back a little. Being a dread was just the way he was built.
He released the tension of his form, head lowering a little as he adjusted himself for more comfort resting as he nodded in approval. "I see." He hadn't had much to say.
Yet he came to a realization that it may be kind of useful to ask her a couple of questions. She came in intriquing. He composed his thoughs how might he do that in the back of his mind. He wouldn't have minded keeping her company, but he might want to try to hunting before the dawn comes. He wasn't fond of having his leg mutilated the way it was and the only medicine would be enough energy from prey entities.
She looked at him, analyzing him.
She felt very relaxed. Calder seemed to be quite friendly with who was nice to him.
" Well... Do you know... Your name seemed very familiar for me. I've already heared it before but I'm not sure if the appearance was the same.... I swear, I'm not crazy. " Endora randomly said.
His ears perked up again, but softly and not much. A sign that he was a little attentive. The beast was well into body language.
There were no traces of any past pre-meetings of the two in his mind, yet he found the statement fine. "I believe you," he said, starting with somewhat rough sound, perhaps to underline the first words before letting his voice fade into fine softness. "Of a name, there isn't one in a million," he stated. He was glad that his name wasn't anyhow unique in his mind. He used it as a nickname, despite holding it as dear as if it were a true name. He wasn't up for telling his real name away, he was protective of it even after two centuries. So far, not even his dearest knew his real name, his identity.
She nodded, agreeing with what he said.
Endora started looking to the stars again, trying to find animal forms or geometrical shapes.
She had not much to talk about.
As he spotted her looking above, for a while he did to soo, out of interest. The space.
The atmosphere was full of the glimmer of welcoming blue dull, were it to be day. Hovewer, as soon as the sun was faced away, there was nothing to bring the life the blue fog had to have. And so it opened it's door, letting the space stare down at them, as they stared up at it. Sand of white glow on black canvas.
His mind was sophisticated enough to find the relatives. This could have been, maybe, a chance to ask out more about the another's existence which was so intriquing. It wouldn't be him, were he to not to jump on that chance.
Now that she was facing the space, he wasn't in need of focusing on the eye contact and took the oppurity to observe her outer self some more. "Sounds playful." A shorter pause and he raised his head up a little, but not really up enough to see the stars. He just did so, now that he wasn't in need of facing her.
"Pretty sure the amount of dimensions this world has is amazing, too." Perhaps that could have been the diplomatic way to start off.
He lowered his head and faced her. The corners of his mouth of that threatening face raised up in a rather unnoticeable, yet present satisified smile. That's exactly how he wanted to catch her.
"Would you have minded speaking up what do you think first?" He said calmly, trying to be all casual.
And even if the answer wouldn't have been to his liking, he now knew that he was able to ask her by now without sounding like it otherwise would.
She calmly moved her tail, looked quickly at the sky again and looked at Calder thoughtfully.
" Uh.... I think its infinite, dont have a end.... I dont know much about the space, Its so crazy. I've heared of black holes too, this thing absorb planets and even light, everything, it's so crazyyyy! " Answered, even more curious, with a hint of innocence.
"I must admit, it sounds intriquing," he replied. Being majorly by the ways of old times he wasn't much into such things since they seemed to be more scientific than not.
A plot twist. "But that's not what I was meaning to ask. Have you been in any dimension yourself?" He was kind of open with that.
He took a keen gaze, perhaps as if wanting to wake her up from the slumber that had her frozen staring at the ground. He was always up for scary looks. "I have. Several of them," he said seriously with a nod with a little grin at the end. He knew he has experienced a lot and had the tendency to think that someone like him should be looked up to.
Endora looked Calder, her expression did not change, that skeletal face was always the same. But deep down, she was finding enough interesting subject.
" How was it? " Endora said, opening a little her skeletal mouth, it was all she could do to a facial expression.
The another's face never seemed to change, until then. She must have been amazed, from what his eyes saw. Surely she must have things to learn, still. More or less, being a teacher was one of the things the elder entity enjoyed. It merged well into his nature.
"I guess me being born outside this forest could already explain that." He wanted to find out her origins while being protective over the bigger chunk of his self. He decided that there will be no delay and wait at his side anymore.
"What about you. Are you native to here?" There was a couple of traits the another shared with the usual inhabitants of the realm they were in, but Calder wasn't inclined to thinking the female was native.
"You should have known where you come from, saying you're native here," he declared nonchalantly, getting in thought for a while. He gave a barely noticeable frown in those eyes of cold glow of his, one of his ears turning away. "Does this make you immortal?" His tone wasn't out of ordinary, but the fact that she could have been immortal was somewhat weird to the red. He listened to what she were up for then.
"Then how did you came to be?" His left ear still hadn't faced her fully, but much more than before now that his interest raised.
"So..," he stated in reaction, "you'd say you're immortal, you know you die and reborn," he spoke calmly out at her before lowering his head so that he'd have to gaze up at her. "Does this mean you are sentenced to walk the lands... Forever?" He altered his tone a little, too, seeming to tease the female somewhat.
After a while he blinked and pushed his head back up, exhaling an "ah."
"But somehow, it isn't tedious, it's a new life after each death." She moved her tail, and startled a small fly from her ear.
"I often take a long time to remember the past of my other life." Her blue eyes twinkled. "Besides, I have not yet walked ALL over this huge world, only a large area of this place."
Being not tied to matter by needs, he was not a being of time. He could not orientate in time itself. But time was tied to the existence, and that is what he knew. "Well," he replied, "When do you think the existence will end? Not a world. The number of those is incountable. The existence alone." In blink of an eye he pushed his head somewhat forward and snapped his menacing teeth throught the air to demonstrate what he meant. Because the existence was seeped into everything. It owned everything.
It may not end at all, for the idea of existence dissappearing wound be an unimaginable dread already.
"Pretty sure you remember it well, saying it like you do," he said calmly.
"A so-called immortality can be a magnificent gift to receieve," he replied in more or less a regular tone, "but at the same time..."
He lowered his head and gave a little lod. His voice faded raspily into silence, as if the sentence wasn't meant to be spoken. The thought of life never ending, even to him in all his glory, it was something that wasn't neccessarily friendly.
He thought she knew what did he mean. She found it unpleasant, so he decided to push it aside, yet now she turned out to be interested in it. His ears faced her and he raised his head up somewhat high. "That what makes you uneasy. Never ending existence."
" That's true... It can be a little bit, I'd say, "annoying" for beggining the same existence, same thing, everytime I reborn. " Replied, lowering a bit her head.
That was the "sad" part of her power.
" I unfortunately can not do anything to prevent this renaissance, this is in my DNA. " Declared.
"Mostly because you are going to hold that way untill the end of existence," he agreed.
He started to feel like not discussing anymore by bits. He somewhat wished to go out of his resting place and try to repair his frontleg, yet he hadn't wanted to just leave her there. She was intriquing.
He stood up and stretched himself. "This is in your?" He wasn't afraid to ask, never hearing such a word before.
[[ BTW, would you be up for a Konabo RP too? I think them two never met in a RP haha ]]
Endora's mind was running slower. Her answers were getting short, or sometimes she doesn't correctly interpreted Calder's questions.
The blue lights of her eyes were less bright, she needed to recover energy.
" Hey Calder, do you mind if I... Sleep now? Seriously, I'm getting very tired. "
(( Mayyybe, I think I need do some motifications in the BIO, also I might take a time to answer, I'm doing other things while I answer this Roleplay too, so I'm not sure. ;; ))
This wasn't the answer he wanted. But he could see that the another was getting weak.
"I don't mind."
He jumped off the wall he stood on. "I'll be back," he said out somewhat loud yet calm, excepting Endora to stay where she rested when he returns. He ran out into forest full of the black of night, something he enjoyed.
[[ Cald's bio needs to be badly redone too and I still play him in forest, here and all, plus we all do have life so I understand, so maybe if you'd like, what about letting Konabo meet him now? ]]
She walked near a tree and laid her body there, completely erasing the blue light from her eyes, except the green and blue marks from her body, that she could not control.
Now her eyes were just two black holes, resting in the darkness.
(( Well, it would be nice. ~Throwing Konabo in RP~ Lets do this. ))
He braked to the last traces of her voice he could hear. He turned behind himself and gave her a smirk as if she could see it, before walking to the nearest tree and rubbing it with his antlers at first, then for a while with his side, too.
He trotted off to the blackened areas. After a while of silenceless search he spotted an existence alike that of his, an weird entity that must have grown on it's own from a torn off piece of a deer's soul.
He ran antlers-first at straggering speed and after a while he threw the existence to the floors before letting it's energy become one with his. It went very easy. He had energy, but he needed more than enough of it to let the mess of his frontleg dissappear completely sooner than it would otherwise.
He shook his head and walked a few meters forward.
The big horse chased an innocent boar, knocking him down and stomping it with his paws. The animal screamed and tried to get up, but the horse, with his face and skeletal jaw, bit the neck of the wild boar, ripping it.
Soon after, the horse was sucking the energy of the dead body.
He was not paying attention to what was around him, just concentrated on consuming all the energy of the body.
The red shook his head once again a little. He revealed his teeth. His tongue brushed against his teeth and then against his lips. Turning down his mouth was the last smooth action the roe did, as there was some loud and weird noise coming from the blackness of night. In split second his head fixed on the area it came from, fluffy ears facing it at right angle, as if they were tv satellites craving the signal. His forward-facing eyes, now, together with his pelt, shining much more due to the recent energy intake, were locked on the area as well.
The horse had finished sucking all the energy. The animal's body was no longer there, just the bones.
He raised his head and neck, looking around, and soon spotting and staring at the red energy that was in that place.
He kept staring, he already knew that energy type, but that seemed a little different.
Anyway, he was ready to defend himself, if in case that energy wanted harm him in any way.
To the roe's surprisement, something rose out of the shadows, blatant in his predatory motion and energy oriented vision, blatantly staring at the dark. Neither the red knew what the another's intentions were. His scanning eyes told him that they were close to, or maybe even of his race. He gave a barely noticeable frown, ears at right angle, eyes locked on them. His tail slowly went up and stopped when it formed one line with his spine. He could not tell what they were up to. He himself wasn't up for hostility, but would not hesitate were the need, either. His pose was enough to say that he was not afraid. He pushed his right frontleg forward, but not in a step. Just in kind of a ready posture.
The horse does not want to fight, besides having recently regained his energy.
His two ears also faced the red energy, but soon one of them turned to a different side, then in a gesture of "I do not want anything with you", he turned his face, and soon the body, slowly beginning to walk, going away.
Anyway he hadn't totally forgotten the red power. Even with his back to the other animal, he would know to defend himself from an attack.
It was either the predatory instnict that tended to influence his life on any give occassion, or the fact that he was intriqued, which allowed the red to move. He took a step forward, raising his legs up fairly higher than he usually would - in a way ready for anything; as if he were to follow the another. A hint of another step as he raised his left frontleg, the one he used to carry that ominous thing since two centuries ago in -- and the one that was badly scarred as of now, when he got rid of it. He always used to raise that one, maybe the presence of the device was what had him lift just it in excited manned. The thing hadn't seemed anyhow weak in his first sight analyzation -- and yet it walked away from him. Fairly pleased with himself, he let his left leg touch the floors again, one of his ears searching around the environment again. Untill the another looked at him. At that point, the dark realized how much intriqued he was yet again.

"Then how did you came to be?" His left ear still hadn't faced her fully, but much more than before now that his interest raised.
" It's very confuse to
" I'd say I'm a kind of "immortal", because I die BUT I reborn. " Explained.
" Also, I'm not really sure if I'm from this forest, but somehow I'm used to this place. " She said, serious.

"So..," he stated in
After a while he blinked and pushed his head back up, exhaling an "ah."
Endora laughed. " I think
" I think so." She replied, shaking her head.

It may not end at all, for the idea of existence dissappearing wound be an unimaginable dread already.
"Pretty sure you remember it well, saying it like you do," he said calmly.
(Srry for the delay e.e)
She took a deep breath.
" Uh, I never thought about it before. In fact, thinking about it makes me a little nervous. "

He lowered his head and gave a little lod. His voice faded raspily into silence, as if the sentence wasn't meant to be spoken. The thought of life never ending, even to him in all his glory, it was something that wasn't neccessarily friendly.
Endora paid attention to what
Her two ears faced Calder at the momet.
" But at the same time, what? " Asked excitedly.

He thought she knew what did
Endora nodded, agreeing with
" That's true... It can be a little bit, I'd say, "annoying" for beggining the same existence, same thing, everytime I reborn. " Replied, lowering a bit her head.
That was the "sad" part of her power.
" I unfortunately can not do anything to prevent this renaissance, this is in my DNA. " Declared.

She listened Calder and
" Yes, this is. "
(( Mayyybe, I think I need do some motifications in the BIO, also I might take a time to answer, I'm doing other things while I answer this Roleplay too, so I'm not sure. ;; ))

This wasn't the answer he
"I don't mind."
She looked at Calder. "
" Alright, see you later. "
She walked near a tree and laid her body there, completely erasing the blue light from her eyes, except the green and blue marks from her body, that she could not control.
Now her eyes were just two black holes, resting in the darkness.
(( Well, it would be nice. ~Throwing Konabo in RP~ Lets do this. ))

He braked to the last traces
He trotted off to the blackened areas. After a while of silenceless search he spotted an existence alike that of his, an weird entity that must have grown on it's own from a torn off piece of a deer's soul.
He ran antlers-first at straggering speed and after a while he threw the existence to the floors before letting it's energy become one with his. It went very easy. He had energy, but he needed more than enough of it to let the mess of his frontleg dissappear completely sooner than it would otherwise.
He shook his head and walked a few meters forward.

Soon after, the horse was sucking the energy of the dead body.
He was not paying attention to what was around him, just concentrated on consuming all the energy of the body.

The red shook his head once
The horse had finished
He raised his head and neck, looking around, and soon spotting and staring at the red energy that was in that place.
He kept staring, he already knew that energy type, but that seemed a little different.
Anyway, he was ready to defend himself, if in case that energy wanted harm him in any way.

To the roe's surprisement,
The horse does not want to
His two ears also faced the red energy, but soon one of them turned to a different side, then in a gesture of "I do not want anything with you", he turned his face, and soon the body, slowly beginning to walk, going away.
Anyway he hadn't totally forgotten the red power. Even with his back to the other animal, he would know to defend himself from an attack.
As he walked, at the same time, he peeked behind.
