I would suggest clearing your cache, but I'm seeing the old one from this end too(assuming the one posted here was supposed to be the new one). Your browser might be causing the issue. I'm able to change mine okay in the newest firefox.

Very nice icon, by the way. The eternal smile on the DotD mask is creeping me out, though. Heh.
