Really Weird

There is a fawn in the Forest with the exact same pictogram as me. It never wakes up, but I occasionally hear it bray from far away. By the time I get to it, it's sleeping.

Is this a weird glitch, or did another deer just happen to get a similar pictogram to my own? It's a little creepy...
