It had been a long time since Sitting Rabbit had last awaken in the Forest. While the faces had changed, the Forest itself remained as eternal as always.
It wasn't long before he made a new friend, and converted him to the ways of the Bunnyhop.
He found a particularly skittish dark stranger, who bolted and cowered when Rabbit tried to get closer.
The curiously illuminated deer bore a striking resemblance to Rabbit...if he had a skull for a face. But anyone willing to indulge his prancing couldn't be that bad...right?
And Rabbit admired how securely his candles were fastened...
Finally, the dark stranger was willing to tolerate Rabbit's presence, and lingered nearby as he and the deer with the shiplike pictogram played.
After a bit of a run...
...Rabbit found a tiny little deerling with a protective guardian. Not wanting to disturb a family, he moved on.
Feeling mischievious, he ended his evening with a bit of light vandalism before bed.
