Are you a fawn? Fawns can not keep spells, you will have to wait 31 days before your deer grows up into an adult, then you can keep spells.
Are you logged in? If you are not logged in (you can tell if you are logged in because there should be your pictogram glowing above your deer's head) then you need to log in via the game menu. Once logged in you will likely be a fawn (see above).
In The Endless Forest you can't get spells for yourself (there are a few but I will let you discover those for yourself!) so you need to get others to help you. That's part of the fun.
another problem......my camera is facing the 2 stones but my deer is not there and i even tried uninstalling it but i dont now how to get my camera back on my deer
(the 2 holy rocks that turn you white if you kneel at it for a long time) and by the way my deer is somewhere else because i did a noise and it was quiet
That could be one of two things:
1) You have been mooing too much. If you moo too many times in a row your deer's voice will get quieter for a few minutes.
2) The volume might be turned down, either in the game itself or on your computer. You can check the different volumes in the game menu, there should be several sliders, each changing a different type of noise within the forest (example: the music slider will increase or decrease the sound of all music in the game, like the music when your deer dances).
You can't cast spells on yourself unless you run two windows of TEF. You can only cast spells on others.
It all stands on this site. Click around and read, then I'm sure you won't need to yell to get help.
You can't cast spells on yourself you need other deer to....Unless you open another window of the game and have you own character cast spells on it's self.~*but that's another story*
