are there black belts like pure black with no designs or at least designs that dont like stand out so much im curious and i want to know(havent played the game in a while)

Nope, but you can design your deer outside of the forest any way you want. If you want a black pelt, I suggest the DoTD pelt. If a dark pelt in general will do, Magpie maybe?
