Not to worry, that's a glitch. They don't actually have your pictogram the game is just confused.

The glitch normally occurs

The glitch normally occurs when either you or the other player (who is appearing with your pictogram) is having trouble connecting to the game server. Honestly though, the glitch has been around for a long time, it just takes some getting used to.
