Effects are just messing with filters in photoshop, closeups are just getting the right angle in the forest.

Self closeups are as follows: You find a steepish hill (the one where the Twin God statues are) and make your deer walk slowly backwards until they er.."sink" then you walk, dont run, walk slowly up the hill and you get closer and closer. Then screenshot awaaay 8D. To get outta it you just run/trot.
You can do it at the playground too. And there's also a spot in the Birch Forest somewhere (I always forget where it is/never find it when I want to |D) I think there's another too...
