I REALLY NEED TO KNOW, how do you get a snapshot folder for your snapies?

You mean screenshots? You
You mean screenshots?
You should already have a folder for them with all of the ones you've taken so far.
Go to c:/Program Files/Tale of Tales/Endless Forest 3 <-- in that file you should see a folder that says screenshots. That's where they should be.
