Pictos Not Spreading

Anyone currently have this problem? My set, picto, and everything else loads. But the dark weather isn't there and the pictos aren't spreading. Maybe there's to many people on. -shrugs- Could just be me.

I think I accidentally deleted something important for TEF in the process of DLing Half Life 2. D: I had to get rid of a lot of stuff.

I closed everything before I opened TEF again and now it's working. It's not dark but it's... SNOWING?
