It's a glitch dear, everyone else sees that deer with their picto too. Theres nothing anyone can do and they are not 'stealing' your picto.

That deer is Virgil, who had his picto on everyone elses screen. It only appears like that to you because it's a glitch. You can't steal pictograms =)

Edit: Your post didn't appear for me Tally until after I commented, even though it was posted like half an hour ago... Weird!
