Well... I drew it on a lection today and wanted to re-draw in photoshop using tablet. After two hours of torture I gave it up and just made a photo of it. (Unfortunately I have no scanner)
Then added a texture, contrast & colour editing and... that's he result. Smiling
Yeah... untidy as always Laughing out loud

BTW one question occured Sticking out tongue
In Russia peacock feathers are... kinda ill omen. And most people avoid keeping them at home.
Is it so in countries where you live?

Hmm...I've never heard of that before, we have a peacock feather in our house downstairs from Greece xD

I heard only recently that peacock feathers used to be a bad omen, I suppose because of the eye on the feather, as though it is watching you or something. I don't know if it is in my country, but I hadn't heard of it before.

Yeah I also think the eye was the reason... And maybe peacock looks too... luxurious? And in several centuries ago people thoudght such things were coming from devil and blah-blah-blah. Puzzled

I was struck by your drawing cuteness Smiling Anyway, in my country (Italy), peacock feathers aren't at all bad omen: they are often used as decorative thing in people's house... I have some of it in a vase! And about the peacock himself, we think simply that he is the most vain of the animals XD (I'm sorry for any grammatical mistakes Sad )

Younger people in Russia also don't think it's an ill omen, but older people... Smiling And the bird is really useless and has a terrrrrible voice))) Though it's cute Laughing out loud

Laughing out loud And sorry for using an ambiguos word Etincelle, but I wanted to say that we see the peacock as a conceited animal XD In Italian we also have a verb that derives from his name : from the noun "pavone" (=peacock) comes the verb "pavoneggiarsi" (= to strut about/around, show off) Smiling
