Today I tried for 5 minutes to get the owl mask but to no avail. I got every other mask, and sometimes not mask from a cast. Maybe the mask in missing in my files?
I don't think that's the case, 5 minutes is still a relatively short time as the casting system is a lot about luck and little else.
There was one case where my friend wanted the beluga pelt, and it took 52 minutes to get it.
You were just unlucky, if you can see the owl mask on others just fine then it's not possible it's missing from your files.
