Ok, before I put it here, there will be slight swearing. This lady likes to swear though it wont be alot, nothing major like the 'f' word. Is that ok?

Nizhoni woke from her midday nap, curled in a rabbit hole that she had made larger & successfully scared out the old occupants, or ate them… she couldn’t remember. This shall be her new sleeping quarters… at least for now. It was hidden away, out of sight & as she slept or rested, not once did she hear noises of others around. It was perfect. She crawled out, stretching, as her toes spread apart slightly. She looked up, her large gold eyes shining in the small sunlight & was glad to see the sun was out, even if it was a little bit. As she began wandering around, she made sure to keep to the shadows. She wasn’t yet confident to wander out in the open just yet, not until she was accustomed to her new self.

A running noise caught her attention as she lowered her body to the ground, not wanting to be seen. She raised her head slightly & saw it was a small fawn running across the open field a short distance away. The hair on her back stood up, her ears pinned back & her lip beginning to curl ever so slightly. She kept quiet, her eyes following as the fawn slowed down. She was basically invisible to the youngster & thankful for her grey & white coat, which camouflaged into the snow. Now would be the perfect time, it would be quick & easy. She slowly crawled through the taller grass until a larger body appeared with that large body was large antlers, obviously its father. She let out a displeased growl ”shit” low enough so the others couldn’t hear & retreated back into the shadows. After calming down she shook her body, actually pleased she didn’t go through with it, those antlers would have torn her in half, she needed to get used to this body... & fast. Her wolf instinct was so strong she didn’t know how she could handle it when she ventured further into the open.

I get carried away with this lady ^.^. Hope its ok being so long.

As she started to slink away a noise & smell caught her attention. She turned around & as soon as the large black figure entered her vision she jumped around, getting low to the ground. Her ears pinned back, tail between her legs & her lips curled back. Her large teeth easily being seen as she let out a low growl & her back claws out. She was not going to initiate an attack, she was merely on guard. She could tell it was a male & he was much larger than her, though she would fight him, if needed. The growling stopped as she noticed the carcasses in his mouth am I next? she thought to herself, keeping her same position. Her muscles relaxed slightly as he dropped the dead bodies & pushed them towards her. Standing up a little & relaxing her lips she looked to the male, her gold eyes reaching his blue ones ”this is for me?” she asked, raising her eyebrows a little. A huff left her mouth as she got up & sat, looking away slightly ”I don’t need your help. I can catch my own food”..... lie she thought to herself. She had a hard enough time hunting rodents & she had no hope with rabbits. She was thankful for finding the rabbit hole she had taken over. The rabbits were trapped, thus easier for her to kill.

She snapped her jaws at him, though not to hurt him, it was frustration ”males cannot be trusted” she growled, her ears pinned back & her tail between her legs. She couldn’t piss him off too much; he was larger than her & could easily attack or kill her, especially when she wasn’t one hundred percent. She growled under her breath as he called her tiny. She was not tiny. She was just smaller compared to him.

She turned her head slightly to roll her eyes another one that tells me their name. She would never tell a stranger personal information, though with her already telling another female her name, she guessed it would do no harm ”names Nizhoni” she said quietly, turning her head back so she could keep an eye on the dark male in front of her. Her eyes moved to the carcass perhaps just a taste she thought to herself. She crawled over, ears still pinned, tail still between her legs & her eyes glued to the male. She grabbed the fawns limp body & quickly moved backwards. She wanted to turn her back to him, to keep him from stealing it, but her life was more important than keeping a meal, so her eyes kept on his as she began chewing on whatever it was that was closest. Her eyes not moving from Rico’s.

She ate half the fawn, moving the rest behind her, planning to take it to her sleeping place to eat later. She wasn’t about to thank the male for this though, it just wasn’t her… not in this new life anyway. She snapped her jaws at him as his back was turned to her ”I didn’t ask you to bring me this food” she snarled, her ears still pinned. Though she moved back slightly as he returned. Her gold eyes moving off as he knew the meaning behind her name. She shook her pelt, the paint markings on her face glistening as the sun shone through the gaps of the trees & her feathers & ribbon blowing slightly as the breeze picked up a little.

Her eyes moved back to his ”It does mean that” she said, her ears relaxing & tail uncurling slightly though her body kept low to the ground & her back claws kept out. Flirty? she thought. ”….ah….ye…ok” she mumbled under her breathe, not making any sense at all.

She sat up & turned her head away slightly. This male hadn’t attacked her yet so maybe there was a chance he wouldn’t… at least not at this moment. ”No male is to be tru…” before she could finish her sentence she heard him whine, her head slowly turning back & seeing him on the floor. Eyebrows raised, she spoke ”what are you doing on the ground?”. He looks like he is having a tantrum she thought.

After a short time she noticed he had injured his leg ”you hurt your leg?” she asked ”wow, you must not be too strong if you can injure yourself so easily”. She huffed after she spoke. She was not caring & seeing the male on the ground in pain made her feel nothing. She may still have human emotions deep inside, but she did not know this male… at all & she couldn’t care less if he was injured. She continued to sit in the same position, her eyes lingering on the males injury.

She couldn’t believe the male had faked an injury and I thought females were dramatic she thought, looking away briefly. Lifting her head slightly as the wind blew, she closed her golden eyes & shook her head, feeling her neck fur & accessories move freely in the cool wind. Her eyes darted behind her though; making sure the remains of the fawn carcass was still there.

Rico’s words interrupted her stare as she looked back to him ”is something wrong?” she repeated his question, her eyebrows raised ”perhaps the fact I am stuck in this hell hole, the fact that sometimes I cannot talk without biting my own damn tongue & perhaps the fact I’m still trying to get used to this shitty change” she said, almost at a snarl ”but other than that everything is just effing fantastic”.

She curled the corner of her mouth up, in a sarcastic smile as she rose. Turning around, she picked up the limp half eaten carass before looking back to the male ”….ah…bye”she said through a mouthful, before walking off & disappearing into the shadows. She had spoken more then she wanted & knew it was time for her to leave.

She rolled her eyes & growled as the male dashed forward, blocking her path are you frigging kidding me? she thought to herself, looking away. She looked back to the male ”what?” she asked a little rudely… she didn’t care. She listened to his words, her face keeping the same expression. How could she properly listen when she didn’t give a shit with what the male was saying? Her gaze moved to his muzzle as he spoke & all she could hear was ‘blah blah blah’. She let out a deep breath once he finished ”Look…” she paused for a moment, trying to remember the males name ”Rico, right?” she asked, eyebrows raised ”I’m not really… well I’m not interested in your life story. I don’t want to know others personal business, nor do I want them knowing mine. So don’t think we are going to sit here and have a heart to heart about our past lives and cry on each other’s shoulders.” she picked up the fawn carcass she had dropped earlier & got up”It’s never going to happen” she said as she turned & walked away.
