They are playing an older version of TEF. They look like grey, old deer with broken antlers to us. In older versions, we see them as transparent, like ghosts.
That's Revered Jelly! It just means that the player is playing an old version of the game (I forget which version, though), and they appear to have a gray pelt and broken antlers.
