I don't upload my stuff as separate posts very often, but I wonder, what do people think - is separate posts for art fun? Or should I just keep it to my art blog? inquiring minds want to know
I like to post finished works separately yet archive them in an art blog. That way more people get to see them. Plus there is usually more feedback in it.
Posting it separately will attract more viewers to it.... I think. I tend to look for anything that says 'new' in curiosity. Plus, Apel art is always amazing hhhhhnnnnggg those antlers.
and the background is so gorgeous, as usual
I love the rusty color scheme here and how the antlers look like the branches of a winter tree. The definition of the musculature is also breathtaking.
Gorgeous! I like how simple the background is in contrast, and the texture in his mane! Pettable >D
Personally I think it's better when people upload stuff separately, purely because due to the way I browse the site - it's nice to see brand new thingssssssss that grab my attention.
Jin: Thanks! That seems like a sensible way of doing it, yeah. I tend to feel like I'm a bother when I post too much art so I mostly just chuck them into my art blog. Might post stuff separately more often though.
hadou: Hm yeah, seems like it. Makes sense, I look for new things too haha. Thank you!
wake: Ah I'm glad you like it!

Tuhka: Thanks! It was really nice to work with those colours, haha. I'm a sucker for blue/orange
